Don't meditate your ITCHY SWEATER AWAY - March 20, 2026

In the upcoming time, the dark forces would love for people to spiritually bypass their very real issues away that actually need to be addressed if they want to create real momentum in their lives. Similar to someone wearing an itchy wool sweater, and acting like the itch simply is not there or to go and sit down to meditate the itch away. While it obviously would be much better if the person would take off the sweater off all-together, and to create a real solution for the situation at hand.

The forces of the light are creating a counter-balance to this, by encouraging people to face uncomfortable truths, and to inspire them to see their situations in life for what they actually are without the fluff. So that the obvious solution or way forward can become abundantly clear to people. 

In short - The dark forces want you to choose comfort over truth, and to choose the quick fix over the deep dive (such as making those tough but necessary decisions). A great exercise to see if you are bullshitting yourself and avoiding the real truth of your situation, would be to try explaining your situation to an imaginary 5-year old.

If you can explain it to a 5-year old and feel good about it, it means your life circumstances are at the very least an actual conscious choice you are making that you have good reasoning for. As you simply cannot bullshit a child. They will strip you of your bypassing make-up for you to look at the naked architecture of your life instead. To state it plainly: If a 5-year-old would be able to understand your why and you wouldn't feel the need to apologize for it, this means you have come to actual truth.

The goal here is not to judge yourself for bypassing negative emotions or uncomfortable truths, but to notice when the darkness is meeting the light. 

Don’t meditate on the idea of peace while your kitchen is on fire. Don’t confuse tranquility with actual resolution of a situation. Tranquility means that you are feeling calm while the problem remains, while resolution means that you are calm because the problem has actually been solved.
