In the upcoming time, you are warned to not talk too much, as your brain may not be fully recovered yet - which might cause you to speak mindlessly as though you would have been put under some kind of manipulative imperio spell. The villain seeks to tear down and destroy what have you have built up. And you may notice yourself becoming almost mute out of protection, functioning like a protective silencio counter-spell.
The villain may want to use this silence to portray you as someone who is depressed as part of his masterplan - as though you would be a zombie-like robot, sleepwalking from one distraction to another, hiding from the truth. But this is a lie. The villian's dream (a major antagonist) would be for you to run. To walk away and to never look back (to forget all of this). But the truth is that your brain is still in survival-mode and your memory is not fully functional yet, still using muscle memory to perform your tasks.
The villain will seek to copy you, and make it look good on camera. But there's two things your archenemy won't copy, namely self-harmful methods of combat as well as unpredictability although these are your greatest tactical assets. And the enemy may try to copy skills - to the point of trying to mimic your voice and speech patterns - without fully understanding what is needed to perform them - and this too can cause the enemy harm.
Think of a heroic figure like Deadpool, who is willing to jump into explosions, stab through his own body to hit an enemy behind him, or allow himself to be dismembered to escape a trap. Think of how he frequently uses his own body to block bullets or blades meant for teammates or innocent bystanders, knowing he can simply regrow whatever he loses. And of villains like Taskmaster (who can perfectly copy and predict any fighting style) who are completely defeated by Deadpool. Because Deadpool’s mind is fractured and chaotic, even he doesn't know what he is going to do next. As you cannot counter a strategy that doesn't exist.
The villain won't do that. And you may be causing the enemy to make wreckless mistakes because of it. Just like Deadpool's constant jokes, fourth-wall breaking, and bizarre combat choices (like stopping mid-fight to eat a taco or break into a dance) infuriate and distract his opponents. By which Deadpool causes the villains he faces to make wreckless mistakes.
